Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) was a unique Adventure for JGPA. It was an Adventure to go beyond the visual experience of photography and learn how to mmerse yourself in nature. Our guides Roni and Paul so much fun and so thoughtful. At the end of our experience, we sat and had tea that we all harvested from our walk along with delicious blueberry muffins.
